Overview of the course
  • Customized lessons, fully taught in Italian by native-speaking teachers specialized inteaching Italian as a foreign language. Classes will focus on communication and will be held in small groups(12-15 students). Integrated development of the four skills, up-to-date methods, continuous deep correlationwith    Italian life and   culture will be part of the program.
  • Students will be placed in the appropriate level group: pre-intermediate (A1/A2), intermediate (B1/B2) andadvanced-intermediate (B2).
  • Varied teaching material, specially prepared by the teachers, are included in the enrolment fee. You willalso have access to multimedia material and to a language laboratory.
  • Attendance certificate will be given to students attending at least 75% of the lessons.
 
General Conditions
  • Registration limit: 2 weeks before the start of the Summer School.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Participants need not be university students.
  • ERASMUS students, PhD students, researchers and scholarship holders at the University of Turin willbe granted 10% reduction on admission fee.
  • Enrolment in Italian language course is compulsory in order to enter the cultural program.
  • Participants should hold health insurance policies or the European Health Insurance card.
  • A minimum of 12 students is required to start the course.
  • Students are admitted to the course according to their enrolment order. If no places are available,students wishing to join the course will enter a waiting list drawn by the secretary.
  • If there are no places left or the seminar is cancelled, the admission fee will be refunded.
  • Payment cannot be refunded in case of withdrawal after the start of the course.
  • Italian knowledge required for the conversation course: B1 (intermediate). Please check the CommonEuropean Framework of Reference for Languages.
